VISION OF LEADERSHIP TRACK
- Leadership Track exists to onboard and equip the team leaders, coordinators, and directors of Rez.Church with the expected character traits and competencies to develop leaders.
GOALS OF LEADERSHIP TRACK
- Alignment of expectations and language around leadership development.
- Clearly identify and promote potential leaders.
- See strategic increase in number of team leaders and coordinators.
- Clarity for one on ones throughout the organization.
HOW LEADERSHIP TRACK WORKS
- Information. Leaders are equipped to give the people who report to them the character traits and competencies that we are looking for in Rez.Church. The information is best given through a one on one connection.
- Experience. Leaders are asked to walk out the information in the area that they serve. Every task that is accomplished on the Dream Team is an opportunity to walk out the character traits and competencies.
- Coaching. Providing active feedback and coaching, setting goals, and challenging our leaders will produce a pipeline of potential leaders that will allow God to send us more people.
The leadership track is designed around the "Discipling Leaders" series from Mac Lake and the modules are from his book “Leading Others”. You will be given a copy to read as you go through the leadership track and to have as a reference on your leadership journey.
