What happens to the money we give to Rez?
Your faithful support and prayers are helping us continue the mission of our church, reach the lost with the Gospel, launch churches in America and around the world, and bring healing to the hurting in difficult times. On behalf of every single person whose life has been changed, thank you for doing your part to make it possible.
We want you to know that financial integrity is of utmost importance in this ministry. We don’t take your trust lightly. In fact, we have established specific standards to guarantee that our finances are handled in the best and most honorable way.
- Our Board of Trustees is comprised of respected business leaders in our congregation. They serve as non-staff Elders and oversee finances and properties to ensure that we are good stewards with the money you have entrusted to the church.
- All staff salaries are based on a nationally-accepted compensation study conducted by an independent group that monitors church compensations crossing all states and denominations. The salaries of all employees including our Senior Pastor are based on the same study used for every staff member at Rez.Church so that all salaries are equitable.
- To ensure our business operations are conducted at the highest standards, Rez.Church undergoes a voluntary annual financial review of our records. This examination is conducted by CapinCrouse, the country’s leading accounting and advisory firm serving the christian not-for-profit community. Their review helps to assure that our financial statements are presented in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.

- Empowered by your tithe and your offerings we are able to financially support local organizations that are feeding the homeless, caring for children, and much more.
- Nothing Without God is our statewide focus to restore Colorado spiritually by planting churches and meeting felt needs.
- Nationally we support the planting of churches through ARC (Association of Related Churches).
- Internationally we support church planting, education, humanitarian aid, care for orphans, children, and widows in countries like Israel, India, Pakistan, China, Mozambique and more. This investment touches the heart of our loving God (John 3:16) and responds to the cry of Jesus to “go into all the world” (Matthew 28:19).

Rez is located in one of the fastest growing and least church attended areas of Colorado and the United States. God has given us an opportunity to touch thousands of lives with Christ’s love and our locations are one of our greatest tools for welcoming and serving the families of the Front Range. We are continually looking to improve our current location and plant additional locations in order to touch each man, woman, and child with Christ’s love.
